What will my meal plans look like?

We believe in eating three meals a day and snacking in between your meals. You should never feel hungry. We will teach you how to properly plate and eat the meals you are most likely eating already. We don’t give you a hard and fast meal plan where you have to eat oats for breakfast, a salad for lunch and a dhal / chicken curry for dinner. Instead, we teach you how to build balanced meals using the foods you already eat making this a lifestyle change that’s lasts.

We also have a unique edge in helping individuals that are on an Indian vegetarian diet. If you are a vegetarian, we will open you up to a world of delicious but highly nutritious and protein rich vegetarian dishes so that you don't feel like you are stuck eating the same things day in and day out.

Can this work for me if I currently have health challenges?

Our programme is a scientifically designed and medically tested programme that has worked wonders for individuals suffering from Type 2 Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Hypertension, Gout, Arthritis, Hypothyroidism, Autoimmune diseases such as Hashimoto and of course perimenopause and menopause. Is supplimentation necessary and do I need to continue supplementing long term?

Yes, in order to successfully make this lifestyle change and to stop your body from storing food and converting it to fat, it is essential to close the nutritional gaps in our bodies. Sadly, due to mass production of food today we no longer obtain all the required micro and macronutrients from our food. Hence, to achieve and sustain optimal health we recommend taking a few basic organic supplements on a daily basis for life to bridge those nutritional gaps.

Do I need to weigh my food on this programme?

Yes, portion control is an important element of success on our programme. Eat too much food and your body just won’t burn fat for energy, it will keep making energy out of the food you are eating.
