Yes, in order to successfully make this lifestyle change and to stop your body from storing food and converting it to fat, it is essential to close the nutritional gaps in our bodies. Sadly, due to mass production of food today we no longer obtain all the required micro and macronutrients from our food. Hence, to achieve and sustain optimal health we recommend taking a few basic organic supplements on a daily basis for life to bridge those nutritional gaps.
Walking +10 000 steps is the only form of exercise we require to achieve great results on our programme. Any other exercise or activity you chose to do is a bonus!
That's easy! You repeat another 6-week cycle until you have reached your goal weight. Each subsequent cycle changes slightly to ensure the programme's efficacy. Your coach will coach you through these changes when the time comes.
Yes, portion control is an important element of success on our programme. Eat too much food and your body just won’t burn fat for energy, it will keep making energy out of the food you are eating.
Everyone. We currently assist people all over Southern Africa, America, Europe, Asia and Australia. While we have a unique history in assisting those clients with an Indian Vegetarian Diet, we have extensive experience in assisting individuals with varied dietary requirements. We have also been very popular with families given that our programme focuses on healthy habit creation and is not a rigid diet. We recommend making a healthy lifestyle change with your family/loved one's. After all, a lifestyle change will inevitably impact those you do life with so why not get your family/ friends to join in the fun & make a positive change for your health together.
